Adds client-side functionality to present the user with clickable links on hovering over certain error messages, to display a detailed explanation.

Also, hey it's me, Frederik ;) I'm working on the dhall-lsp-server project as part of GSoC. Thank you for the great work you did, getting things up and running!

Could you add me as a maintainer to the vscode-dhall-lsp-server project? That would allow me to iterate a bit faster, keeping things in sync with the haskell part of the project.
