modprobe - exec format error #397

Hi everyone, when I want to reload the CSI driver by 

sudo modprobe iwlwifi connector_log=0x1

I get an "modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'iwlwifi': Exec format error." I use Ubuntu 14.04.1, 64-bit, with 3.13.0-153-generic kernel and have followed the exact installation guide, without getting any making errors, etc.
