Hi! Is it possible to enable wktime to let users report spent time also for public projects (if they have issues assigned / created)? Thanks in advance, best regards.

Are you saying you want to put hours to public projects without logging in ?
If you are logged in and in timesheet, you can put hours for public projects also

Hi, many thanks for your reply and for the fantastic plugin! I need to let people report hours also in project in which they have'nt a role: it's just public project but I see that if user have not a specific role in that project, it is not show in the drop down menu on the timesheet view.

Thanks in advance,

best regards.

May be we can have a setting called "Allow Time entry for unassigned Public Projects", if that is checked, we can add public projects also. would this work for you ?

Yes, the important is that people can report hours just on issues assigned to or created by the user, both in public (without roles) or in private project (with roles).

Thanks in advance

Then I think, we probably don't need that additional setting, we can implement this without the setting.

Looks like this feature may already be there, did you try giving "Log Spent Time" permission to "Non Member" role ? if you do that, the public project actually get listed in the timesheet !!

Hi, thanks for your reply! This setting is in the plugin ERPMine or in the general Redmine settings?

Thanks in advance!
