Unable to view Timesheet Line entries - Redmine version 5.0.4 #291

Good day

We are experiencing an issue with the Redmine plug-in. We have a user whose user rights are the same as other users, however, when he submits his timesheets, he cannot see his line item entries ( his timesheets are blank), he can only see his total hours booked on the ERPMine overview page.

The following scenarios happen:

  1. The user cannot see his line item entries on his timesheets, he can only see his "Total hours" on the overview ERPMine screen
  2. The Administrator can see the user's entries and is able to reject and approve the timesheet
  3. The user can only see his entries when his timesheet has been "Rejected" by the administrator.

I have checked, no his rights does not allow him to approve time logs

Is there anything else that we could check to see if we can fix this issue?

Did you check all his project roles for the approve permission ?

I have, thank you. HAd an issue with one of the user roles, it is now fixed
