"Thank you for the wonderful NPR app for Android, it has become my primary
source for news...... HOWEVER, I've never been able to share an article from
the app on Facebook on any of the three devices I've tried it on (Moto
Backflip, HTC Aria, and Samsung Captivate). The mobile FB share link page loads
in the browser, but when I tap submit, the page is merely refreshed. Thanks
again, and I hope to be sharing NPR soon!"

"I am not able to share the stories I read on facebook. It will go as far as
taking me to mobile fb & asking for comments & to post onto facebook. Once I
press "post to wall" nothing happens. It jus loops to the same screem asking to
post to wall. Its not my phone because posting with other apps, like BBC, work
just fine & they are posted tge exact way as explain. I am annoyed by this only
because there are some really good stories I want to share. Thanks for your
time."

It looks like what BBC app does is pass the link as the entire "body" of the
Share intent. Facebook is failing for NPR because we're passing the name of the
article followed by the link (my best guess). Unfortunately, if we just pass
the link in the body, this doesn't work as well for, e.g. text or IM where you
may want to tell someone why they should click on the link (like with a story
title). But we can make this change so that Facebook works and see if anyone
has problems with that for SMS or IM.

I'll make this change to the trunk (2.0) this week.
