Retiling documentation needed:

• [x] ❌ pixeltypes not Float32 need gdal_translate to Float32 first ➡️ such tiles will be dropped before terrain_aggregator is applied as mentioned in https://github.com/dhardestylewis/terrain_aggregator/issues/44#issuecomment-1221164597
• [ ] EPSGs with NAVD88 ftUS vertical datum must be specially handled in gdalbuildvrt and gdal_warp
• [ ] images needed throughout

Also: Current directory organization structure for intermediate retiling results:

• parent directory by subgrid
• all tiling results are for each subgrid, including:
  • base tiles
  • pyramidal overviews of base tiles
  • shapefiles for all the above

Revise documented retiling workflow to reflect one actually used to produce intermediate VRTs and ultimate tiles

Since compute grids are maxed out depending on the supercomputer, the compute grid doesn't need to change too much once it has been established with respect to a supercomputer of choice. Therefore, the following directory will be maintained on the web server to refer to single_seamless_elevation on a different storage resource:

• single XYZ directory with symlinks to the actual single_seamless_elevation tiles in their respective subgrid directories
