determined by a 30-bin Jenks natural break clustering and by manual sampling of each bucket

Note: TNRIS filenames don't always correspond exactly with the actual DEM tile resolution (pixelwidth x pixelheight)

PostgreSQL code for this task will have to be updated at some point to 1D cluster automatically
