part_traits, repo_traits: names #56

Consider revising the names in these modules. Possibly also put the default implementations elsewhere. Do we want these modules or should they be inlined in part/repo modules again?

Trait names revised (removed T suffix; made verb infinitives except for Element).

Modules and other names may still change, but I don't see much point keeping the issue open.
