Upgrade to thumbor 7 #8

Hey @dhardy92 long time no see! :)

This is amazing work you did and I'd love to get this upgraded to thumbor 7. Thumbor's power is in its extensibility.

Great job anyways! I'm adding this to awesome thumbor list of projects!

Hi,

We've been using this module at GBIF.org for about 5 years, so thanks for it and Thumbor.

I've upgraded it to Thumbor 7 and Python 3, it's done but not yet deployed to our production system. It will be soon.

I don't know if @dhardy92 is still using it. If so, would you like a PR here, or else at https://github.com/thumbor-community/hbase_storage?
