Tank: suggestion - hub markers should disappear when the overlap the hub's circle #417

e.g. when panning to the left, a hub marker on the left-hand side will disappear when it overlaps the hub's rectangle.

I think it'd feel more consistent for it to only disappear when it overlap's the hub's circle.
