Add share button #77

Add a share button on the talk detail activity that allows the user to share a link to the talk. The link goes to the corresponding talk page on the dharmaseed website. Closes #76.

@jakewilson I think you're probably out of the country right now. :) Just included you here for your information, I'll probably merge and release this sometime soon as this feature was requested by a reviewer on the play store.
