What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When you input the following command "airodump-ng wlan0".
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the characters to appear when typing. Nothing happens when I attempt
to type.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cannot find the version but it was released on Jun 23, 2013.

Please provide any additional information below.
When you input the following command "airodump-ng wlan0",
typing in text will not work afterwards. The keyboard pops up fine and I
noticed I can enable functions like pause/resume output or resort/normal
sorting order, inputting text will not work. I also tried pressing "c"
as I've seen it is a key to enable typing. I've also noticed the white
rectangular box that is visible after the characters that are inputted is
not visible after the same command.

I have this issue as well - Id like to add that for me there is no output at
all. I believe the text shows:

bcmon_wrapper_loaded
bcmon_wrapper_loaded . . .

This seems to repeat itself a few times then the screen goes black

Yeah, I reformatted/reset my phone and reinstalled everything, but now I am
getting the same thing you made a comment about.
