Manage Homework function - as professor #159

1 -You cannot upload docs here - most homework is uploaded 2 - Instead of Request, it would make more sense to call it Assign. 3- Modify Homework deadline after creating it (we don't offer that yet) 4 - Have an Update function next to resources / assignments which basically lets you upload another doc to substitute the current one
