Pending registration in schedule #168

If a student is pending registration put the course appointments in his schedule. This is nice for students who are planning to take courses. If we do this we also need a button to deregister from a pending registration state

in terms of UI I think we can have the button appear when the user hovers over the "Pending registration... " on the course page. Got this from twitter screenshot from 2014-09-09 16 22 03

I think we already put course appointments of pending registrations. jUst need the "Cancel Registration" button
