Newly designed import tool #42

New import tool is close to working for LA-ICP-MS data. Reading of data needs to be fixed using the new tableWidgetMetadata fields. The tool is setup for expansion to other data types, but won't be implemented immediately. Planned for later this year.

Tested for matrix form data. Appears to be working.

Tool will import data, but there are still improvements that can be made and there are a number of formats to be incorporated. Will close for now. Open if there is a specific request for adding data now, or fixing bugs.
