Where do I get the new cdm? #3

I don't know where to get the cdm versions ... and on the other hand, this method is valid to get things out in 1080 quality?

L3 Chrome CDM dead, project is discontinued till new CDM arrives. Also, there is not a publicly available method to get CDM. And yes, if the CDM supports than you can get 1080
