Hello, I have a same config - Gigabyte z590 Vision G, 2x16GB RAM, 2x NVME SSD m2 (in one win10 installed), but only with Intel Video in i9-10850K CPU (HDMI out). Bios settings, I think, set correctly, this my not first hackintosh, but first with newer hardware. I try to use Your EFI , and after few days of trying, OS Installer loaded max. 15-20% and computer goes restart or freeze. Maybe you can tell me - What can affect the load of the installer - the absence of an external video card or another type of processor?

What is an OS installer? Kind a task in the system monitoring? The OS installer is a mystery to me.

For iGPU drive display, I recommend reading this guide.

https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config.plist/comet-lake.html#deviceproperties

Change setting in config.plist -> DeviceProperties -> PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) (eg., 07009B3E)

Also, make sure that the gpu priority in your bios is set to iGPU

Furthermore, I limited the use of my EFI to dGPU+iGPU scenarios.

oh, sorry .. i use latest Big Sur. dGPU is of course in the plans, and it will be RX 580, but so far only Intel. I will try to change these parameters about PciRoot. and I will answer about the result

PS. I check guide . and tried both options 07009B3E and 00009B3E .and also added framebuffer-stolenmem-> 00003001 but after 5-10% load installer - pc goes black screen and freeze :( (in BIOS iGPU set to primary and memory set to 64MB)

os installer - i'il try to Install a fresh, clean system (BigSur) on a PC, and a start/boot screen with an apple and a load process bar, it reaches a maximum of 10-15% and a black screen, I read more than one-time reviews here that there are problems with HDMI output, I'll try to take the DisplayPort cable

Oh, it's a MacOS installer! I recommend that you use DP and add the verbose boot flag (-v option in boot arg). Then you'll be able to figure out what's causing the black screen.

An interesting story with Gigabyte Vision G (D too) boards - internal DisplayPort on them is not an output, but an input! It is used only as a transit video signal from an external video card to an internal one. And the video output is only HDMI and USB Type-C. But so far not a option has turned out to start the system without an external video card, at the moment of 10-15% loading - a black screen or a computer freezes.

dhckdgjs commented 3 years ago

Sorry, I forget about a DP input on M/B cuz I rarely have to use the HD630 to drive my display.

Soon, I’ll try the MacOS install test with HDMI.
