First a pd pool has both a prefix and a prefix-length. A priori the prefix-length and the length tail part of the prefix define the same thing so the prefix-length is useless and must be removed.
There are many places where I can find both a prefix and a prefix length: I'll open a specific issue about this.
There is no delegated length, i.e. the default length of delegated prefix. Perhaps it is the role of the prefix-length entry: in this case it must be renamed. If it is not the case it must be added.
Note you have also the notion of excluded prefix (RFC 6603) but it is an option so a priori it does not require extra fields.
