Re-location of the DUID definition into the common options model #6

Currently, DUID is modelled in each of the client/server/relay models. As this is common, should it be moved to 'options' (although not strictly an option, it's a commonly used field)?

Well, I don't think it should be moved to 'options'. As you say, it is not strictly an option. And I think the model is more readable if we just leave 'duid' where it is now.
