Probability of detection via this route inflated at present as applies to whole infectable population rather than some kind of working-age set.

This is resolved for now, and much improved, at #6. A proportion of the population is marked as screenable - being 40% of the workforce (a subpopulation), and then a P screened and P positive | screened is calculated at each new_infection() step.
