can't see other player #7

when switching between camera views you should be able to see the other player in your view

you can now see the other player but I think the players are not moving independently (checking/fixing now)

changed player2 to IJKL keys to create independent movement (TODO: make this work with same inputs.. possibly necessary for CAVE2, also TODO: create new issue)
