The documents tab indicates that there are 3 documents when only 2

To Recreate: Assets > Trees > District 3 160093UT, 150033UT - documents tab says 3, however there are only 2

@TaraF this is not an issue in SHA DEV - 2 documents are displaying for this site in dev.

Data issue. Need up to date data in DEV for testing
