Should be resolved -- John updated the App pool in IIS for rights to the folder.

Assets > Swales > District 3 > 130632 > Documents

Can upload any document no matter the size, as file type “Annual Report” Can NOT upload any document, even the smallest, as file type “BMP Birth Certificate” It seems to be that 4 mb is the limit where the error #2038 occurs.

In KCI DEV, BMP Birth Certificate file type does not exist. There are also a few others currently missing in DEV as well.

The following image shows the current file types accepted. Any document other than these will cause error. Can you let me know what types are missing, and which folder do they get sored?

@GraceAi - does the yellow highlight indicate that these file types are different in some way from the other file types?

@BrittanyHuber, it means the actual folder is different from the original requirements. For example, Environmental Document is actually in Inspections/LUCHANGE_BMP in SHA, but requirement says Attachments.

@GraceAi - the following file types have been added and are not included in the list above and they are stored in the folders listed below:

Concept Design Report - Attachments Entry Agreement - Attachments BMP Birth Certificate - Attachments Mapbook - Attachments Task Order - Contracts Miscellaneous - Other

Also, In the list above there are a few file types that are not pointing to the correct location:

Environmental Document - Attachments Installation Phase Aceptance Letter - Contracts Final Acceptance Letter - Contracts Invitation for Bid - Contracts

There is also a size restriction on all file types. Anything over 4 mb's will not upload.

Photos seem to be working fine at this point, so this is only a document issue.

@BrittanyHuber, they are the short names of the documents to generate file name stored in db. Please see column 2 in the image I provided.

@BrittanyHuber, can you also provide an example of the file name for each of the missing file type? The first part of the file name might be structure id or contract number. For example, the file name of an IPA is AT5025382-IPA-20140513.pdf. The file name of an AsBuilt is 020154-AsBuilt-20140415.pdf
