PHASE III - SHA DEV - geometry error when adding features #213

when adding features, the query service error "no geometry found for this asset"

The feature is added but the geometry is not

Trees, swales, pavement, streams, wetlands - all returning the error

@GraceAi - retested in SHA DEV - all are working except for swales. Do you think this is a data issue?

@BrittanyHuber, which SWM_FAC_NO did you use? Can you try a different one?

@BrittanyHuber, can you confirm only swales failed? I encountered this issue at KCI dev for other EFF BMP assets, like Micro-Bioretention, etc.

@GraceAi - I did not encounter this error for any other type
