Hello how to update to the latest ns version？

Hi! I documented my personal setup here:

NS 14.2.2 needs a newer Mongo-Db. For that you would need an arm64 setup on your PI. So you would have to switch from piOS to ubuntu server.

Thanks, I understand the general principle at present I do not have the support of 64 bit pi
