[FraggingFree] Add support for mod #16

We'd like to port our "Fragging Free" mod (https://www.moddb.com/mods/fragging-free) to dhewm3. I could not find a better way to contact you, so I'm creating this issue.

What's the best way to do it in you opinion? Should I create a branch? Can you help us with this? I've a lot of code changes, mainly to game logic.
