3 years ago You could lower the image in the hud gui, It won't effect the actual projectiles fired. That is handled in the code. Depending on the weapon, it's from the view or weapon barrel.
if its not too much trouble would it be possible to add a setting to have the crosshair centered horizontally as normal but 2/3rds down vertically (and have bullets go there) instead of being centered both horizontally and vertically?
i'd do it myself since i've done a bit of modding with quake 4's gui files so i could probably figure out the doom 3 gui files easy enough and the crosshair widget but i have no idea how to set the bullets to go to its new position, that and because i'm trying to get the coop mod working and not all the people i'm going to play this with are ok with a lowered crosshair so a per player setting in the menu is a better solution than a mod mod that changes it for everyone.
