Suggestion for styles and structure CSS #229

Please consider separating any styles for appearance from the CSS for the Skeleton structure. It makes it hard to remove and override default stylings when new versions of Skeleton are released.

I will strongly suggest to use Smacss https://smacss.com/book/ pattern.
