Updated instructions for pyusbiss 0.2.0 #61

Changed the instructions for the upcoming release of 0.2.0 of pyusbiss.

Please test the HEAD of pyusbiss and report any issues before accepting this PR. If all goes well then I will release 0.2.0 and you can accept the PR.

Hey @DancingQuanta This may take me a while to check, as the only SPI-USB adapter I had was lent to the people doing the JOSS review. I'll try and track down another one, but no guarantees. If someone else has one and can check the PR, I would be happy to merge.

Okay, I will put a notice out in the issues that people raised during my non-version phase.

Update. I found another one at home and thus will try and get this done tomorrow as soon as this blizzard rolls through!
