Need to reorganize philosophy of science categories.
- Maybe: "primary" iff articles > 1k
Distinct publication_group values for feminist, analytic, book chapters

By f61a646c75304da8891f35c8887f6b674e988a3e, switched to a primary/secondary list identified by Evelyn. Erkenntnis is given special handling before 1941. New publication_group values added.
