publication_series contains the journal title or book series
except it's missing from 349 Springer book series chapters
a few journals just have variant capitalization, eg, BJPS, Studies B
Hypatia has both subtitled and non-subtitled variants
J Phil has both "The" and non-"The" variants
simple substring matching causes problems because Philosophy of Science matches w/ several journals

Just used a manual solution, 00_canonical_titles.csv, as of c04ce6f09a0d0a8f915e4bb2de63cca023cf80e7
