Clarify distr argument default value #2

(2) for ‘spdur’ function, does user need to specify ‘distr’ or the default is Weibull? The first example ‘weib_model’ didn’t specify distribution but the manual doesn’t mention the default value.

The current version of spdur in 0.16.0 doesn't have a default value for distr, rather it has by default distr = c("weib", "loglog"). Need to update paper on this.

Actually this was wrong; because of "match.arg" it would default to "weibull", which is the first element in the vector that was passed. Updated the package doc to mention that, and updated the response memo.
