This is very impressive work!

I didn't see a license for this project, however. Is that something you would consider adding?

@TariqAHassan, good call. I'll add a license and README.

Not sure what your use case is... but if you're are looking for disease-symptom relationships, I'd suggest the relationships we computed for Hetionet. That data is available here. The method for calculating those relationships is described in https://thinklab.com/p/rephetio/report#edges in the paragraph starting with:

Disease–localizes–Anatomy, Disease–presents–Symptom, and Disease–resembles–Disease edges were calculated from MEDLINE co-occurrence.
