OBO Dependency #1

Hi Daniel,

Which OBO package did you use? At the moment "pip install obo" does not work, since it seems no such library exists anymore.

The obo package is available here. You should be able to install it using:

pip install git+https://github.com/dhimmel/obo.git#egg=obo
