HttpTransportSE.call() is too slow #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.HttpTransportSE.call()
2.Using plam size wifi router, on Huawei E5 and Edimax 3G-6210n
3.wifi between Server and device, Not using 3G!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Too slow to return. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.8 on 2.3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
When test on big wifi router is fast.. happen only Plam size Wifi.

Sounds like a network issue ... until you provide details of what is wrong with 
ksoap itself there is nothing I can do..
