About fragment with general information on application. #11

This fragment will contain license details, as well as reference to documentation.

@ArazAbishov I would like to enhance this.

I have created the fragment and corresponding xml. Can you tell me what info should be out on the account page? Are we following any particular design guidelines for About page?
