This PR contains the solution to the following issues: New features:

Add tests coverage reports to repository using CodeCov with buddybuild integration

Bugfixing:

Hidden unsupported value types marked as compulsory blocking the user to finish (https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/ACA-63)
Data Set Section Title is not displayed if there's only 1 section (https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/ACA-49)
