Indicator calculations in data entry forms #3

Add support for calculations in data entry forms. These calculations should be based on the indicators which have been assigned to the data set / sections. The form should display live calculations based on data currently in the form, i.e. the calculations should be updated both when the form is rendered the first time and when data is inputted in the form. The formulas of the indicators should be used as basis for the calculations. The indicators for each section should be rendered at the end of each section.
