image resize after upload

I may have missed something, but I couldn't see how to resize an image once it was uploaded or otherwise indicate that it should occupy the available width and constrained height.

you can change the size by shift-clicking the bottom right corner of the image. but it should be made more obvious and/or automatic, that's granted...
