When trying to reposition the cursor (especially around references), it's not always possible to move the cursor with the mouse (can't even get the cursor to appear) or with the keyboard.
It works sometimes and it doesn't either. Can't determine exactly what makes the difference, so it's hard to explain / reproduce.
