Cannot scroll to bottom of document when references are open #8

When the references are showing, it doesn't seem to be possible to scroll down to the bottom of the document: the scroll function stops when the end of the text is at the bottom of the page. When references show, they overlay the bottom part of the screen; since I cannot scroll down any further, I cannot see the bottom of the document at the same time as I see the references.
