Hello everybody! I'm trying to install BASE using GPU, but when I'm running the command in the /2bwt directory:

$ make use_gpu=1

I see the following answer:

ptxas error :Invalid value 'no' for option -abi.

I use RHEL 7 and NVidia Tesla

I'm not strong at compiling a program #
