Support auto-deploys via vercel #168

This PR finally tweaks things so vercel can create semi-functional builds for testing new features in production. We don't support google auth on these deployments, sadly, because google oauth doesn't allow wildcard domains, but now that we support demo sheets, that's no problem for testing!

Add a specific build script for vercel
Compile the builtin sources as part of vercel build
Move vercel build setup into the repo as a script
Adjust 404.html-based URL rewrite to work more generally
