Campaign Game Adjusted Feedback

• The map that tells you which services are considered high or low priority for each province is now available during gameplay.
• Replaced citizen popovers with a table that specifies how satisfied or dissatisfied a sample of the population of a province is with your policies.
• Fixed the bug where if a citizen is not unsatisfied/ satisfied with anything, it would be blank. (This change cannot be seen since we replaced the citizens with a table.

Note: I tried out different tables, shown in #112. The problem with displaying a table that specifies exactly what each individual citizen is satisfied/ dissatisfied with is that it gets really tall and hard to understand. One problem that may arise from the current table is that we do not know how dissatisfied a citizen is with a policy.

As of right now, the citizens in the result screen are buggy. Should we keep those citizens or also replace them with a table?

@JasonLin43212 thanks for this -- let's review together in our call and feel out whether this works. As you suggest, this solves some of the display problems with the feedback, but actually makes some of it worse. The feel isn't as nice as the old citizens display, but the data is a whole lot clearer. We'll brainstorm a bit more together.
