Create real political science models to use on BudgetSimulation

At the time of writing this, the current BudgetSimulation uses a very simplistic and selfish model for voting just to show that the features work. Now we want to add real political science voting models that the user can possibly choose between to model how different populations will vote under different models.

• [ ] Research/Ask Professor Lieberman about different models that we can add

In the backend:

• [ ] Begin coding the different models and adding more sophisticated attributes (if necessary) that help truly define a real population

In the frontend:

• [ ] Give the user the ability to choose which model they want to go with
• [ ] Maybe display some information regarding the model to the user

@evanlieb We didn't get a chance to talk to you yesterday about this, but what models do you think would be appropriate for this simulation?

thanks. i am going to take a couple of days to reflect on what I saw from you all — which looks great — and try to think about how to integrate into the course. but might take until end of weekend given a few fire drills in front of me in next two days! e
