Submit Button in Campaign Game #83

Added a submit button to be used when the user wants to submit their voting
Brings them to a page where they can see the results from every province

In the results view, there's no distinction between the country and its states, so "South Africa" in this screenshot appears to be just one of many provinces:

Big next step is to enhance this view by showing why people voted the way they did.
