Timeline Modal: Magnifying Feature #17

This PR merges a magnifying feature into the document modal, allowing users to hover over the document image and zoom in to see the document more clearly. Users also have the ability to adjust the magnifying ratio.

Great work! My only comment is about the UI here. I think we can come up with something that makes more sense to the user in a future iteration. It could be for instance replacing the buttons with just an input near Magnification Scale title. Maybe?
