In collaboration with @efaith1 This Pull Request:

Refactors how table data is stored (converts them to JSON files as opposed to javascript files)
Creates an API endpoint to retrieve the table data from the backend
Adds buttons to the frontend that, when clicked, retrieve and display the table data
