This Pull Request is a draft, and it worked fine before I merged main, when I got weird errors that must have to deal with dependencies or something similar. Regardless:

This Pull Request:

Makes each census block polygon on the map interactive
Displays popups on mouseover
Changes the color of the block on click

Woo, awesome! The error was a name change of a state variable, censusdata is now censustract. Fixed and working.
