Overall Layout

We will be working on transforming the overall layout of the project website from the old website to a more carefully designed one.

Overall Goals

• [ ] Implement the Figma wireframe as the new website layout
  • [ ] Cards on homepage for each city/neighborhood
  • [ ] Display/Filter cards by tags/available features
  • [ ] Organize city page components
• [ ] Implement a modular design to allow for easy addition of new information
• [ ] Make components that can be individually imported
• [ ] Successfully transfer and integrate the old website to the new one
• [ ] Fix and standardize typography, colors, and styling in general (make it accessible, appealing, etc.)
• [ ] Follow responsive design rules/guidelines
  • [ ] Make website color scheme is easy to
• [ ] Make sure that code is ready for change (RFC), safe from bugs (SFB), and easy to understand (ETU)
  • [ ] Checking that methods have appropriate specs

Stretch Goals:

• [ ] Suggest and add new features to the new website
• [ ] Empirical testing to see if a website is intuitive
